Using our experience in the industry and wealth of knowledge with truss designs we provide our customers with various designs of trusses for their building needs. Some of the most common truss designs are listed below and all can be personalised and manufactured to your exact requirements for ease of use and reliability.
The King Post Truss
- This is a single vertical web and is used over short spans in a property. This is most commonly used in porches, sheds and garages.
The Queen Post Truss
- This is a fan web configuration that has a single vertical web and two diagonals. This is not so common as other trusses because as spans increase, the other designs can be a more cost-effective solution.
The Fink Truss
- A Fink Truss uses a web configuration to become one of the most commonly used roof trusses in the construction industry. It can be easily recognised because of its W shape of internal webs, and it can be used for the simplest of garden sheds all the way up to large industrial complexes.
The Howe Truss
- This special type of truss is often used to support others and takes the integral form of multi-ply roof trusses.
The Raised Tie Truss
- This truss allows room for lifting of the ceiling tie from bearing height. The designer can use this design to produce a vaulted ceiling with a flat middle section and two sloping sides.
